If you've read this far you are probably somebody who is interested in bringing more of their best self into the world and knows that doing this is not always as easy as we'd like it to be.

Who you are, what you're like, qualities you value
You have an interest in self-development and personal growth. This is key. You need ot have some curiousity about how you work and some capacity to look inside. Without this interest and desire your ability to notice and work with your thoughts and their relationsip to your inspired mind will be limited.
You have the desire to be true to yourself. We're all caught up in some level of self-delusion and dishonest at some points in our lives. The power of this method comes from beoming increasingly aware of how your inspired mind is alerady there, how it gets covered up and how we can reveal and work iwt it. If we're not prepared to look and see what is actually there then our progress is limited.
You recognise that there is magic in life, but no magic pill. When we're in pain we desperatelly want something to take the pain away. This leads to the desire for the quick fix. Paradoxically it is this desire for the quick fix that often keeps us stuck as enldesly apply band-aids wthout allowing true healing to happen.
You value creativity, exploration and discovery. Discovrery is what brings us excitement, insight and the new ideas that fuel our growth. Being open to discovery gives us the oppoorutntiy to step through to new ways of being and doing.
You have an interest in dreams and the imagination. You only need to be open to the possibillyt that dreams and your imaginatino have something to offer. If you are rigidly intellectual and analytical you may find this method challenging (but if you are, and have a real desire to get in touch with this side of your self it could totally change your life).
You are interested in makign the planet a better place for us all to live in. This doesn't have to be your mission or life path. It is more that this attitude leads to an opneness of mind that is creaive rather than compettive. This is much more fertlie ground to support the inspired mind.

You are simply thinking too much and it's not getting you anywhere. It can be frustrating to feel that we're running round a hamster wheel and not making any progress. Sometimes being unable to identify the exact cause is the issue. Soemtimes an issue is too big or too complex to solve. Either way, getting back to clarity and finding a way forward provides sweet releif.
Your dream life is active. Recurring dreams, anxiety dreams, nightmares- even prophetic dreams. When our dream life is too active it can be profoundly disturbing. When we know how to work with it each dream is however a doorway through to insight and wisdom and provides direct and grounded information into what you need to do get our life back on track. As we start to experience the powerful insights that all dreams contain even difficult dreams become less frightening.
You are blocked creatively. Actors, writers, performers- it is a terrible feling when the crative flow stops and you still have to deliver. And of course this problem is not limited to performers. We all suffer when we lose touch with our creaitgve centre and tend to start to get caught up in the circular thinking that is so frustrating and wastes so much time.
You have a big high-stakes decision to make. Being caught up in a dilemma brings life to a standstill. Until we're able to make that decision nothing can move. The most common reason we get stuck when making a decision is because there are too many forces pulling you in different directions. What makes it worse is because many of these forces are not clearly in our consciosus awareesns. Even adgice from friends and family is often not the answer becuase of their (often well-meaning but unconscoisu) bias.
You are uncertain in your relationship. What to do when a relationship has hit tough times? Deciding on whether to stay or go is agonising and becomes all-consuming. And if you decide to stay what are the most effective ways of working through the difficulties? These questions are addressed in this method by working on your relationship to your inspired mind not on your thinking. Difficult family dynamics. Family feuds, inheritance disputes, marriage choice disapproval, sibling rivalry- whatever the cause difficult family dynmacis have an increidble power to take over the available space in our minds. While these can't always be solved we can always change our relationship to them and in doing so take back our energy and power to focus on what we want to create in our lives.
